ok. 12,000 Americans die every year from the flu virus. ~80,000 Americans died from the flu in 2017-2018. So far 6 Americans have died from coronavirus. So why aren’t we stocking up on food and facemasks whenever flu season starts? Thanks to the media hyping this virus up to be the end of the world, even my mom is worried and is texting me great scientific advice like the text in the picture of this article.
